Frank Bispo is the owner and operator of Aviscent Mortgage. Frank has been in the mortgage industry since 1992 and has worked with thousands of borrowers throughout his career for purchases and refinances. He has built his business based on referrals from his business partners and past clients. Most recently, Frank’s wife, Marina Markelova, has joined his team and helped expand Frank’s business, which has multiplied X 10 since she joined! Frank still originates loans while also helping his team grow by teaching them everything he has learned over the years. Frank also works alongside his beautiful wife, Marina Markelova, who has helped him grow his business and his team over the past 6 years.
Frank’s favorite thing to do is to connect with a home buyer that has just been told they have to wait a year or two before buying, or flat out being denied for a mortgage, and then being able to get them into the home of their dreams in less than 30 days! He prides himself on knowing trade secrets that others are not aware of and having access to products that aren't available to many banks or other lenders. Frank is available 24/7 to his team and his customers. There is no 9-5 here or banker’s hours!

Marina Markelova is a manager of Aviscent Mortgage. Marina was born in Daugavpils, Latvia and came to the United States on a work and travel program in 2002. She graduated from University of Maryland at Robert H. Smith School of Business with a business degree in accounting. Marina started her career in the mortgage industry as an Loan Officer's Assistant to her husband and Co-founder of Aviscent Mortgage, Frank Bispo. While she worked as Frank’s assistant for over 5 years she was able to learn the industry inside out.
Marina soon realized that she and Frank had something special! With Frank’s vast experience and knowledge in the mortgage industry, ability to approve some of the most difficult loans with an “out of box approach,” and their dedication to every single client, Marina realized that they needed to expand and started building Bispo Mortgage Team within the brokerage that they worked at the time, as time passed Bispo Mortgage team outgrew the brokerage that’s how Aviscent Mortgage was born!
In her current role Marina is responsible for the growth and strategic development of the company. Marina’s goal is to revolutionize the mortgage industry and make the mortgage process as fun and pleasant as possible, so that next time you think of applying for a mortgage, you will be excited to do so.
With over 20 years experience in financial service leadership roles, Polina Elman brings an abundance of knowledge and expertise that is key success factor of her ever-growing client base and business solutions. With a sharp focus on economic trend evolving strategies, Polina maximizes business goals and opportunities by building trusting relationship with clients and their partners. Client relations is what Polina prides on the most as she believes it is the core to achieving quality results.
Prior to Aviscent, Polina held various leadership roles in CIBC, one of Canada's largest banks. Her success in coaching, people and sales management has contributed to achieving National recognition for high target accomplishments and maintaining long standing client relationships. After many great and fulfilling years of banking leadership career, Polina has taken the private path to focus on lending solutions in a very fast pace and growing market. Polina finds great joy in being able to help people in the most common and complex business opportunities. Abby has been a licensed Florida Mortgage Loan Officer for just over 2 years. As one of the in-house lenders for a large real estate company in Southwest Florida she has learned the ins and outs of the Florida market and specializes in working with a variety of borrowers including but not limited to borrowers who are retired, self-employed, and all different types of investors. Abby really enjoys working with first time buyers. Abby likes getting to know her borrowers and giving them the best experience possible a top priority while going through the financing process. Abby makes her borrowers feel comfortable, confident, and secure throughout the loan process and is always available to them. Her real estate partners love her open communication, quick follow up, and attention to detail during every deal.
When Abby isn't working she loves spending time with her daughter at the beach, playing tennis, cooking and traveling.
Irina Pastors is a Mortgage Loan Officer at Aviscent Mortgage. She is a dedicated and goal-oriented person who creates strong relationship with all of her clients. Irina has an accounting background, and she worked as a Tax Analyst helping people with their personal and business tax returns. Preparing over 200 tax returns during the busy tax season taught Irina discipline, detail orientation and the ability to multitask. Irina performs an in-depth analysis of each loan applicant’s financial profile and credit history to better understand and identify a mortgage program perfect for each buyer's unique needs.
Irina loves to travel! She has visited over 20 countries and lived in many different places. She finally found her dream spot in sunny Florida. Irina is very passionate about the place she lives and very motivated to help people in her community.Irina will help you refinance or achieve the American dream of homeownership!
